RBA 202 Training

Results Based Accountability™ 202 is a two-day intensive workshop designed to cement practical applications of the concepts learned in the RBA™101 & further enable participants to assist/coach colleagues in the implementation of RBA™ from individual programs to whole of organisation.

This extended training in RBA™ can be applied to both cross-community quality of life improvements and the management of programs, agencies, and service systems. PREREQUISITES for this workshop: participants must have either completed prior Results Based Accountability™101 training, read ‘Trying Hard is Not Good Enough’ or; watched the ’Results Based Accountability™ DVD.
